I found this hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, but the air conditioning struggled to keep up with our desired temperature. The service was excellent overall, from check-in to check-out, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The location, while convenient for driving and with handy amenities, was a bit lacking in interesting surroundings. The dining options had some room for improvement, especially during busy times. However, the facilities offered just enough to meet basic needs.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the rooms were very comfortable, but there were some hygiene issues in the dining room. The staff, however, was helpful and friendly.
The hotel had rooms that seemed recently renovated but still had an 80's feel, overlooking the pool. Unfortunately, our room wasn't set up upon arrival, and it lacked a toilet with washing capabilities. The service was not up to par, and there was an 'Not Possible' attitude among the staff. On the bright side, the location was convenient to the TCL tram line and offered great restaurant and breakfast services. The dining experience had a huge variety of food, although the morning service could be messy at times. Overall, the main restaurant used for breakfast was adjacent to the hotel.
Our stay was fantastic! The hotel was really outside of the city center, which was great for us. The rooms were spacious enough for our family with one kid and one baby, and the lovely balcony with two sun loungers was perfect for my mom, daughter, and accompanying friend.
The rooms were not up to Novotel standard for a 4-star hotel, but they were adequate and above standard with comfy beds. The service was a mix of unhelpful interactions but also very helpful moments, like assisting with restaurant bookings and offering room changes. The location was convenient with good public transport links but felt unsafe at times. The dining options were below average for a hotel of this level, with limited selection and poor quality in some areas.
